- If a problem with your order was our mistake, for 30 days you can return new and used items for a full refund, and we will cover the shipping cost.
- If you just changed your mind, we can still accept new and unused products but you will need to cover shipping cost and a 20% restocking charge.
- If a product was damaged in shipping, please let us know and also let the shipping company know; send us a picture and we can send you a replacement.
To start a return, write to returns@blumats.com. If all is good, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Shipments to the European Union: you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify the return, we will refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty
All Blumat products are covered by a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs within this period, we will either repair the products concerned free of charge or replace them. To request a return or replacement, please write to warranty@blumats.com.
