water SUPPLY

OPTION A:
PRESSURE REDUCER

• Attach the pressure reducer to a water tap or a pump with a compensation tank

• It keeps the water pressure steady at 1 bar.

• The system works even if your plants are up to 4 metres higher or 3 metres lower than the pressure reducer.

• One pressure reducer can supply up to 250 Tropf-Blumat sensors.

OPTION b:
CONNECTING A TANK

• Attach the tank connector to any container by drilling a 12 mm hole.

• The tank should always be positioned higher than your plants—at least 0.5 m above and no more than 14 m higher.

• If you’re using rainwater, make sure to add a tank filter for extra protection.

Tip: For best results, keep the water level at least 1 metre above the sensors.
